While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, Stashed Shades is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the courier directly.
